At Acevedo Design group we take great care in arranging safe delivery of our  furniture, lighting, and accessories. Because many of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind, shipping and delivery policies differ from standard retail purchases.

Processing and Handling: 

- Orders are typically prepared for shipment or delivery within 5-10 business days after purchase. 

- Larger or speciality items may require additional processing time. We will contact you to schedule delivery or provide shipping details.

Local Delivery:

- Local delivery is available in the areas of Port St. Lucie County, Martin County and Palm Beach County. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, size, and handling requirements.

- Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Domestic Shipping:

- For customers outside our local delivery area, we partner with trusted freight and white-glove delivery services.

- Shipping costs will be quoted at checkout or separately after purchase, depending on the item.

- Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and carrier.

International Shipping

- International shipping may be available for select items. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote

- Customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Furniture & Fragile Item Handling:

- All consigned and high-end pieces are carefully inspected before shipment.

- Because of the unique and often fragile nature of our items , all sales are FINAL. Acevedo Design Group is not responsible for damage occurring after items leave our possession, but we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping. company if needed.

Design Services:

- Our design services are not subject to shipping fees. Any deliverables (plans, drawings, or presentations) will be sent digital or presented in person as agreed.

Ordering and Tracking Communication:

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive  tracking information (if available).

- For large deliveries, our team or delivery partner will coordinate directly with you.
