1. General Information
- The website is operated by Acevedo Design Group. By using our site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Products and Services
- We offer interior design services as well as sales of high-end furniture, lighting, and accessories.
-  Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for convenience. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee all information is error-free.
-  Availability of products may change without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
-  All prices are listed in USD.
-  We accept payments through credit card, Pay Pal, Venmo, bank transfer, Zelle or checks
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times and estimates may vary depending on location and product availability   
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Design Services and  Custom Orders: Non-refundable once work has begun or an order has been placed with the manufacturer.
- New furniture, Lighting, and Accessories: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging and resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. 
- Used/Pre-Owned Furniture and Other Items: All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges are offered on previously owned or discounted items.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days once the return is processed.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, imagers, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Acevedo Design Group and protected under the copyright and trademark laws. 
-  You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written consent or permission.
7. Limitation and Liability
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
-  All products should be used according to manufacturer instructions.
8. Third Party Links
-  Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content accuracy, or policies of those websites.

-  These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida and applicable U.S federal laws.
